Parents may be interested to know that the Nursery offers Government Funded places to children aged 3-5 years, for two and a half hours per day, five sessions a week. This is known as the Nursery Education Grant.
We also accept different kinds of childcare vouchers from employers, and parents may be entitled to Child Tax Credits. www.direct.gov.uk

Working tax credit

Parents on lower incomes may be entitled to help with the cost of childcare. The amount you would receive is dependant on your circumstances and income. Working tax credits may cover up to 80% of your childcare costs.

To be eligible, lone parents must work 16 hours or more per week, for couples, both partners must 16 work hours or more.

New Deal for Lone Parents

Lone parents who want to study or look for work may be eligible for help with some of the childcare costs.
