As in all areas of the curriculum we have a wide range of good quality resources in Mathematics. The children are encouraged to use mathematical language and do purposeful activities to extend their knowledge. They learn to be confident about themselves as mathematicians, and use their knowledge to solve practical problems and to understand and record numbers.
