Our success depends on staff who have been carefully chosen for their qualifications and experience, caring natures and instinctive skills in childcare and education.

Joanne, the Nursery Manager, has 19 years experience as a childcare practitioner and Manager, working within the Montessori method for 15 years; she is committed to providing quality childcare. Carole, the Early Years Manager, has over 18 years experience with us and supports the Manager in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage. Sue, our Deputy, has over 19 years experience with us, and completes the Management team. The owner of the Nursery, though not involved directly with the children is a qualified Montessori Teacher who is dedicated to the training and development of staff.

Our strength is the solid commitment of a professional team, to whom training is an ongoing major priority.
